Orders, Shipping & Cancellation Policy
GENERAL TERMS
- Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or amended.
- The delivery of items by Nooshè will not be redirected to any address other than the one entered by the customer while placing the order. No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- Nooshè will attempt delivery of the items once. If the customer is unavailable during the attempted delivery or fails to provide information of someone on-site to accept the items on their behalf, the items will be redirected back to Nooshè. The customer is advised to call +91-96256-20219 to arrange a pickup of their order - No refunds would be provided in such cases.
- All orders will be deemed to be executed in the cases mentioned below:
- Incorrect/untraceable address
- Recipient not available
- Locked premises
- Wrong phone number, phone switched off or not reachable.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivery of the product to anyone else authorized by the customer.
- Deliveries might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases Nooshè reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- Nooshè utilizes a range of shipping and logistics partners for deliveries. Occasionally, there might be delays caused by these partners, situations that are beyond Nooshè's control. In such cases, Nooshè cannot be held responsible for these delays. For shipping & delivery timelines, please refer below.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Standard Delivery- 1-3 days
Same day delivery is available, based on size of the order and product availability.. Customers can also request for local delivery service pick (Via Porter or Borzo) after communicating with our team. Charges for this will be determined by the delivery partner.
Bulk Orders - 3-6 Days
Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai & Hyderabad-
Standard Orders - 4-7 Days
Bulk Orders- 15 Days
Other cities -
Standard Orders- 5-8 Days

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Nooshè prepares freshly packed products sent out for delivery upon the receipt of an order. In such circumstances, cancellation of orders is not feasible. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the Customer. In case of cancellation of the order, no refund will be made.
